From November 2025 to May 2026, the Open Ice Hockey Championship of the Republic of Uzbekistan is being held in the cities of Bishkek and Tashkent. The first round took place at Bishkek Arena from November 1 to 10, 2025.
The championship is organized under the auspices of the Uzbekistan Hockey Federation (UHF) and brings together both Uzbek and foreign clubs, highlighting its international nature and open competition format.
The city of Bishkek is represented by two teams — UCHUR and SDYUSHOR SI “Alga”, which compete as part of the capital’s team.
Before the start of the games, the SDYUSHOR SI “Alga” team was visited by Victoria Mozgacheva, Deputy Mayor of Bishkek, who wished the athletes success and confident victories. The meeting took place in a warm and motivating atmosphere, after which the team took to the ice.
Five teams are participating in the championship:
- HUMO (Tashkent, Uzbekistan)
- BINOKOR (Tashkent, Uzbekistan)
- SHERDOR (Samarkand, Uzbekistan)
- UCHUR (Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan)
- SDYUSHOR SI “Alga” (Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan)
