For the purpose of implementing the Concept for the Development of Civic Identity “Kyrgyz Zharany” for 2021–2026, approved by the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic on November 13, 2020, No. 39, a literary evening dedicated to the works of the Kyrgyz People’s Writer Topchugul Shaidullaeva was held at the Tologon Kasymbekov Central Library.
The event was opened by the Deputy Head of the Culture Department of the Bishkek City Hall, Absamath Akunov. In his speech, he emphasized the importance of the consistent implementation of state policy in the field of civic identity development and highlighted Topchugul Shaidullaeva’s contribution to strengthening national literature.
The honorary guests of the evening included:
— Associate Professor of K. Karasaev KMU, Candidate of Philological Sciences, and Head of the Department of the State Language, Asyl Zhamasheva;
— Active reader and entrepreneur Tursunay Syrgataeva;
— Poet Aigul Togolokova.
The speakers noted the writer’s mastery in creating vivid artistic imagery and wished her further creative success.
After the welcoming remarks, Topchugul Shaidullaeva shared the story of her creative journey and answered readers’ questions.
The event concluded with a speech by Kulsayra Dandybaeva, Director of the Centralized Library System of the Culture Department of the Bishkek City Hall, who presented letters of appreciation to the active participants and honorary guests.
The program also included musical performances by young artists from the B. Beishenaliyeva Kyrgyz State University of Culture and Arts, which added a special atmosphere to the evening.
