On December 25, 2025, as part of the IV People’s Kurultai, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic — Head of the Presidential Administration, Adylbek Kasymaliev, launched the online opening of 94 social and industrial facilities across the country.

In the city of Bishkek, five social and one industrial facility were inaugurated.

Among the new facilities is Kindergarten No. 88 “Balastan,” designed for 180 children. The ceremonial opening was attended by Ermek Arymbaev, Head of the Capital Construction Department, Azat Rakymov, Deputy Akim of the Sverdlovsk District, and the kindergarten director, Saida Djumalieva.

The two-story building has a total area of 1,800 square meters on a 0.6-hectare plot and fully meets modern safety, comfort, and functionality standards.

The first floor houses playrooms and sleeping rooms for four groups, a buffet, laundry and ironing room, sanitary facilities, staff room, medical office, kitchen, and technical rooms. The second floor includes playrooms and sleeping rooms for another four groups, the principal’s office, as well as music and gymnastics halls.

With efficient organization, the kindergarten can accommodate up to 360 children. Education will be conducted in the Kyrgyz language, and the staff is fully staffed.

The project also included landscaping, completion of interior finishing works, façade renovation, and installation of a fence. The contractor was the LLC “Rim & Co.”
