On December 25, 2025, as part of the IV People’s Kurultai, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic — Head of the Presidential Administration, Adylbek Kasymaliev, launched the online opening of 94 social and industrial facilities across the country.

In Bishkek, five social facilities and one industrial facility were put into operation. Among the new social facilities, a ceremonial opening of a new two-story kindergarten took place in the “Archa-Beshik” residential area of the Leninsky District.

The opening ceremony was attended by the Deputy Mayor of Bishkek, Ramiz Aliyev; Deputy Akim of the Leninsky District, Baktygul Ismailova; and the kindergarten director, Mahabat Malabekova.

The kindergarten was built on a 0.27-hectare plot. The contracting organization was LLC “Nefrit Stroy.”

On the first floor, there are reception and changing rooms, play and sleeping areas, buffets, preparation and serving areas, dishwashing room, storage rooms for vegetables and dry goods, a medical office, isolation room, disinfection room, laundry and ironing room, electrical room, staff room, and sanitary facilities. On the second floor, there are reception and changing rooms, play and sleeping areas, buffets, utility rooms, director’s office, music hall, equipment storage, methodical office, storage room, educational information office, and sanitary facilities.

The opening of the new kindergarten will improve access to preschool education and provide comfortable and safe conditions for children in the “Archa-Beshik” residential area.
