As part of the program to improve the professional skills of teaching staff, 28 directors of educational institutions of the city took part in the seminar "School of the young Director".

The purpose of the event is to share best practices, improve managerial competencies and create conditions for effective support of young teachers.

Special attention of the participants was attracted by the speech of the director of secondary school No. 62, who shared her experience of successful organization of the educational process and personnel work. During the presentation, she spoke about the key areas of activity of the head of the school, presented the "Cyclogram of the director's work", including planning, organization and control of all areas of educational activities.

The main directions reflected in the cyclogram cover: educational process management, methodological support for teachers, including mentoring for young teachers, work with students and parents, professional development of teaching staff, ensuring a favorable psychological climate in the team, monitoring the quality of education and student achievements.

Such meetings contribute to the strengthening of the professional community, the exchange of best practices and the formation of a unified approach to the organization of schools.  

The event is organized by the Department of Education of the Bishkek City Hall in cooperation with the capital's City Committee.
